Will my login and password work from last year's Walk?

We are thrilled to have launched a new website to provide you with tools and information for the best Walk experience. Do I have access to my Team member information from last year?

We can provide Team Captain's a list from last year, please send your request to chocwalk@chocchildrens.org

If I want to sponsor by check, who do I make the check out to?

Please make checks payable to: CHOC Children’s or CHOC Children’s Foundation.

Can I continue to fundraise to earn prizes after the day of the CHOC Walk?

Participants can continue to fundraise for prizes after Walk day. To qualify for prizes, Walkers may continue to use CHOC's online fundraising tools by directing friends, co-workers and family members to make a donation through their personal page on the CHOC Walk website. All online donations must be made on or before October 31, 2013 to qualify towards prizes. Cash and Checks can be mailed to the CHOC Foundation office and must be post marked no later than October 31, 2013.

Can I deliver my donations to CHOC or drop them off somewhere?

Before CHOC Walk Check In (Before 10/5/2013) Yes, the CHOC Foundation office is located at 505 South Main Street, Suite 800, Orange California, 92686 and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

After CHOC Walk Check In begins (After 10/5/2013), please visit the Temporary CHOC Walk office located at CHOC Commerce Tower. Please see the Check In schedule for location and hours.   Walk Office Hours

Can I still collect cash or check donations?

Yes. Walkers can post all cash and checks collected to their account via their Participant Center by clicking on the Enter New Gift tab. Bring all cash and checks collected to Check In and a volunteer will confirm your offline donations.

Can I use a 3rd party check for my $50.00 registration?

3rd party checks may not be used to register as a participant to the CHOC Walk; however, they may be used to sponsor a Walker. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the CHOC Walk office first.  chocwalk@chocchildrens.org

What if I make a mistake and donate to a team instead of register to be a Walker?

Do I have to pay for parking?

Free Parking is available in the Mickey and Friends parking structure at no charge and will open at 5:00 A.M.

Where do I park?

Free Parking is available in the Mickey & Friends parking structure beginning at 5:00 A.M.

What time does the Walk start?

We are thrilled to announce that this year's CHOC Walk opening ceremonies will be held at on Main Street U.S.A. at 6:15 A.M.  The CHOC Walk will begin bright and early on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 6:30 A. M. 

How long is the Walk in terms of miles?

Every year the distance varies slightly because Disney® changes the experience from year to year, but it averages 3 miles or 5k.

Does Walk Registration include a day in the Park?

CHOC is thrilled to have a partner like the Disneyland® Resort and honored that they host the CHOC Walk every year. The park is closed to the general public the morning of the CHOC Walk and will open shortly after the Walk is finished. Your Walk registration does not include entry to the park for the day, however, Sunday Only: Present your CHOC Walk In the Park wristband to a Disneyland® Resort Ticket Booth to purchase a special CHOC-Tober Disneyland® Resort 1-Day Park Hopper® ticket for $71 or a 1-Day 1-Park Ticket for $48 for use on this or your next trip to Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park!  A maximum of 5 tickets may be purchased per wristband.  Offer valid on 10/13/2013 and tickets expire 11/8/13.  Tickets must be purchased on the day of the Walk.

How Do I Get My Walk T-shirt and Wristband?

Walkers are required to "Check In" in order turn in cash and checks as well as pick up their Walk Wristband (for entry) and Official CHOC Walk T-shirt. Please refer to the check in calendar (CHOC Walk Check In Calendar) for times and location to turn in money, pick-up wristbands and Walk t-shirts. CHOC sets up a temporary Walk Office the week before the Walk at CHOC Commerce Towere located at 505 S Main St Orange, CA 92868.

When do my prizes arrrive?

Prizes will be sent to participant’s home via US Mail and Federal Express throughout the month of December including Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets. Walkers will receive their T-shirt and Wristband at CHOC Walk Check In.  Please provide a current address and update us should you move.  Please no P.O. Boxes.

Can I rent a wheelchair or stroller?

Strollers and wheelchairs will not be available for rental from Disneyland® Resort. Personal strollers and wheelchairs are allowed.

Can I bring my pet?

Animals are not allowed in the park, however, registered Service Animals are.

Can I use a skateboard or other vehicle?

Sorry, roller skates, bicycles, scooters and skateboards are not permitted.

What is the minimum I need to raise in order to participate in the Walk?

$50 is required for EACH Walker.  Walkers can fundraise the amount or make a personal donation.  Walkers can make a donation on their own behalf or any combination thereof and use the CHOC Walk website tools to fundraise the minimum $50.

What is the age limit for children to Walk for free?

Children two (2) and under can join the walk without a minimum $50 and do not require a Walk wristband. They will not receive an official Walk t-shirt or wristband.

Children three (3) and over are required to raise a minimum of $50 to participate in the CHOC Walk and will receive prizes based on the amount they raise.

What if I want to stay in a hotel in or near the park?

Special priced rooms are available for the CHOC Walk. Please visit our website for more information, www.chocwalk.org.

Where is the CHOC Walk held?

The CHOC Walk in the Park is held in the Disneyland® Resort, Disney's California Adventure® park and the Downtown Disney® District at 1313 S Disneyland Drive, Anaheim CA. Guests park in the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure. For Directions to the Park, click Directions and select where you are driving from.
