I am participating in the CHOC Walk in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort, Sunday, October 30, 2016.
Please join me in my efforts to raise needed funds to support the care, services, education and research that CHOC Children’s provides children in our community. CHOC relies on the support of the community to meet its goal of providing every child with healthcare. With your support, no child will be turned away.
This is an important cause for our family, our son Logan was born February 2016. In March he was diagnosed with Congenital Myotonic Dystrophy, a form of Muscular Dystrophy. He is a patient at CHOC with their MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Assoication) Clinic. He is in Physical Therapy and Feeding Therapy twice a week and continues to get stronger. With the support and resources from CHOC he is able to meet his milestones and thrive as a happy healthy little boy.

Your support will help ensure our kids’ futures will be brighter than ever.
